1. On Finding the 100% Perfect Boy One Sunny Wednesday Morning*

    In my head, the 100% perfect boy would be tall and thin and dashing and utterly charming, and he would also be not you.

    To the world, we were an unlikely match; you were this, I was that. They say opposites attract, but we both know that’s just terminological inexactitude. 

    You weren’t the 100% perfect boy, and I’m not the 100% perfect girl. But we make it work somehow. Thank you for barging into my otherwise quiet and normal life and prompting all hell to break loose. It’s been maddeningly frustrating sometimes, but I wouldn’t have had it any other way.
